We want you to be happy with your purchase so please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If you purchase a NEW item which is defective or damaged please notify us as soon as you receive it. You must return it to us within 7 days from the purchase date for it to be eligible for defective or damaged replacement.
Please note that any returned item classified as defective that has marks or scratches or cracks on the disk or unit itself will be rejected and returned at your cost.
If we are unable to offer a replacement a store credit will be offered.
For defective items Postage costs for returns are equally shared, we pay one way each. You pay for the postage to us and we will pay for the replacement item to be sent back to you. If no fault is found, you the customer will be responsible for return postage costs.
When returning items we strongly advise you to send it via Australia Post as a Registered parcel, as we will not be liable for any lost or damaged shipments sent back to us.
Platinum Games complies with the Standard Refund Policy - Trade Practices Act
We do not normally give refunds if you:
Simply change your mind or
Make a wrong decision
Customers must produce a receipt as proof of purchase.
You can choose between a exchange or store credit;
Where goods are faulty
Have been wrongly described
Are different from a sample shown to you
Do not do what they are supposed to do
The below Terms & Conditions are an addition to you statutory rights as a consumer under the Trade Practices Act.
If you have received a damaged product, Platinum Games will be happy to offer an exchange for an undamaged replacement. Please be aware that the damaged item must be received by Platinum Games prior to a replacement being shipped back to you.
Should you receive a product you believe is faulty, please contact us and we will approve a store credit or exchange at our discretion on a case by case basis.
We regret we are unable to offer returns in circumstances that fall outside these areas.
Any USED items bought from Platinum Games will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please note all items listed on the Platinum Games website are checked and considered working & free from defects!
